Product Owner

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

We are looking for specialists to join our exciting new banking project. We aim to build a platform that integrates management, compliance,

transaction monitoring, and risk management features, along with a mobile app for users. This app will support both fiat and cryptocurrency.

Key Responsibilities:

Product management support: ensuring tasks align with product goals, checking priorities, monitoring backlog, monitoring progress,

maintaining product quality.

Business analytics: analytics and task descriptions, analytical review.

Eventually you might get Scrum master: facilitating daily scrum ceremonies.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role of at least 5 years.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with task tracking and project management tools.
  • Regulatory knowledge: Babok.
  • Proficiency in notations: UML 2.5, BPMN 2.0.2; (EPC).
  • Proficiency in tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence.
  • Experience creating artifacts such as impact maps, user story maps, CJM, functional diagrams, use cases, user stories, and acceptance
  • criteria.

Nice to Have:

  • Certification in agile methodologies or Scrum.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
